Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
